555 West End Avenue

The historic former St. Agnes Boys High School at 555 West End Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side has been reconceived into 13 luxury condominiums with brand-new interiors.

Our managed outsourcing experts coupled with our high end print team, who have experience working on property marketing materials, worked closely with the development’s agency Pentagram to deliver the printed elements to present the launch which included a brochure collection, notebook, letterheads and pencils in a box.

A hardcover book introduces the building, supplemented with a series of five mini-books for each of the apartment types among the 13 residences. A marbling pattern, created by the designers was used for the end papers of the book and as a cover to the notebook. All these elements are a nod to the interiors of the apartments themselves.

To execute Pentagram’s vision for the brand in print our experts recommended use of fine materials, finishes and composition of the items altogether. The finer details were what gave this project an outstanding impact.

Our relationship with suppliers of high quality materials meant we could support our customer with multiple promotional items that complemented and resonated with the end customer. Items included boxed pencils, pencil sharpeners, tote bags, pins badges and wrapping paper.
