Buckley Gray Yeoman

Buckley Gray Yeoman architects originated in Shoreditch and have a strong sustainability ethos with studios not only in London but Bristol and Madrid too. We have worked with them and their designer at Riise Creative for over 5 years and were asked to produce their brochure celebrating 25 years of the practice.

This publication has such a clean white look and feel on the outside contrasting to the bright high quality digitally printed colour blocks on uncoated paper on the text which were produced on one of our HP Indigo 100k presses. In order to highlight the ‘25 Years’ content a short section was cleverly created giving standout to this separate piece of content. We trimmed the board on three sides to reveal the black sumo board – a clever way to tie the black intricate foiling together and easily convey a more niche binding finish. Rather than just printing the image on the cover we used a tip-on to the debossed area creating another point of difference resulting in a premium feel.

We printed on quality papers Arena Extra White Smooth from Fedrigoni and Corvon Mano Bright White from Winter & Co.

Our clients were both really happy with the end result to this celebratory publication.
